CohnReznick Increases Investment in Transactions & Turnaround Advisory Practice

New York, NY – May 14, 2020 – CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, today announced the combination of several synergistic teams under the Transactions & Turnaround Advisory umbrella. The integrated practice, brings together the firm’s transactional, restructuring and dispute resolution, valuation, and project finance advisory teams to meet increasingly complex client needs. Claudine Cohen, a seasoned transaction advisor, will lead the combined group as Managing Principal.

As companies and financial sponsors look to what is next in the immediate post-COVID-19 marketplace and beyond, they will face challenges and critical decisions that impact stakeholder value. These can include M&A opportunities, financing new capital projects, business and asset valuations, restructuring to improve performance, bankruptcy negotiations, and exit management. In addition to Cohen, Transactions & Turnaround Advisory leadership includes, Patricia McGarr (valuation), Marshall Phillips (project finance), Kevin Clancy and Cynthia Romano (restructuring and dispute resolution), and Margaret Shanley (transactions).
