Donald B. Stevens

Don Stevens serves as CohnReznick's Managing Partner of Private Client Services. In this role, he provides a comprehensive range of services to medical and dental practices, law firms, and other organizations in the commercial and consumer service industries. These include real estate holding companies, restaurant owners, and other owner-operated businesses. 

In addition to tax planning and preparation, Don and his team provide strategic business planning, state and local tax guidance, financial statement preparation, bookkeeping and software support, and other services designed to help business owners manage and grow their companies. And when the time is right, they can help privately-held businesses position their companies for mergers or acquisitions, a major real estate purchase, changes in ownership, or an outright sale.

Furthermore, Don is also a co-leader of the firm's Managed Services & Outsourcing team, which focuses on enhancing critical functions within our clients accounting, compliance, finance, risk, and technology operations.

Don specializes in strategic business planning and integrated financial and tax planning services. This includes consulting on business operations, performing assessments, and analyzing both the business and individual needs of his clients.
