James has extensive experience in all facets of international tax, including both inbound and outbound, and in corporate and investment partnership matters. His experience spans structuring investments, restructurings, acquisitions, and divestments. James also advises on FATCA and Chapter 3 withholding matters, as well as real estate investment planning in the United States.
Additionally, James has extensive experience in financial products and derivatives taxation, both cross-border and domestic.
